1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of sagarkari.com and any purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. This website is operated by Sagar Kari, an independent music curator based in India.
2. Services Sagar Kari offers digital music services including song feedback, song breakdowns, and one-on-one consultation calls. These are personal, expertise-based services and results may vary based on the nature of the music submitted.
3. Payments All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We use Shopify's secure payment gateway to process transactions. Sagar Kari does not store any card or payment information.
4. No Refunds or Cancellations All sales are final. Because these are time-bound, expertise-based digital services, we do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances once payment has been made. Please review the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
5. Delivery
- Basic Song Feedback — delivered within 3–5 business days
- Detailed Song Breakdown — delivered within 3–5 business days
- Priority Artist Feedback — delivered within 48 hours
- Real Talk with Sagar Kari — scheduled via Calendly link sent after payment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods. If your feedback has not been delivered within the stated timeframe, please contact hi@sagarkari.com.
6. Submission Requirements For song feedback services, you must submit your track via the link provided in your order confirmation email within 7 days of purchase. Failure to submit within this window may result in your order being closed without a refund.
For Real Talk sessions, you must share your track or relevant material at least 24 hours before your scheduled call.
7. Intellectual Property All feedback, commentary, and content produced by Sagar Kari remains the intellectual property of Sagar Kari. You may use the feedback for personal artistic development but may not reproduce, publish, or distribute it without written permission.
Your submitted music remains your own intellectual property. Sagar Kari will not share, reproduce, or distribute your track without your consent.
8. Playlist & Social Media Features Submission of a track for feedback does not guarantee a playlist placement or social media feature. These are offered at Sagar Kari's sole discretion based on musical fit and resonance.
9. Limitation of Liability Sagar Kari provides feedback based on personal curatorial experience and taste. This does not constitute professional legal, business, or music industry advice. We are not liable for any commercial outcomes resulting from the use of our feedback.
